The Glazing Vision SkyHatch Rooflight is a practical and stylish solution for safe and easy access to your roof to carry out essential maintenance works and is available in both Manual and Electric operations.
With its secure locking mechanism and precise engineering by our in-house team, the Glazing Vision SkyHatch Rooflight ensures peace of mind alongside its elegant design.
Available in both manual and electric operation, the Manual SkyHatch Rooflight uses a combination of gas struts and spring assisted opening mechanisms to make the unit easier to open and remain stable in the open position. The Electric SkyHatch is operated effortlessly from a wall switch, offering connectivity to your Building Management System as well as intelligent Rain Sensors and Thermostat. The Electric Access SkyHatch can be utilised for natural ventilation when partially opened.
Detailed technical documentation, including thermal performance data and installation guidelines, is available to assist architects and builders in specifying and integrating this rooflight seamlessly into projects.

Non, la trappe de toit SkyHatch est conçue pour un accès ponctuel à des fins de maintenance. L’utilisation d’une échelle est donc requise — l’installation d’un escalier en dessous n’est pas autorisée.
Nous proposons une gamme de trappes de toit adaptées à un accès régulier, comme la SkyDoor Rooflight ou nos élégantes trappes de toit Box Rooflights.
Nous proposons deux modes d’ouverture : manuel ou électrique.
L’ouverture zénithale SkyHatch manuelle s’ouvre à l’aide de deux poignées fixées sur le cadre du couvercle, assistée par des vérins à gaz et des mécanismes à ressort.
L’ouverture SkyHatch électrique se commande via un interrupteur mural fourni, actionnant deux mécanismes à ciseaux montés de chaque côté.
Glazing Vision propose un capteur de pluie en option, permettant à la fenêtre de toit de se refermer automatiquement dès que de la pluie est détectée, afin de protéger l’intérieur de votre habitation des intempéries.
Non, il n’est pas possible de commander uniquement le vitrage, car nous assemblons l’ensemble de l’ouverture zénithale dans notre usine, afin de garantir un niveau de qualité élevé.
