Jon Shooter
Group Managing Director
Jon has been with Glazing Vision since 2004 when he joined as Marketing Manager after previous experiences at Swan Street Motors (Mazda) and Johnston Engineering. After turning around the Mazda dealership after its downturn, Jon yearned for a Marketing role so he joined Glazing Vision and was promoted to Sales & Marketing Director only two years later, before stepping into the role of Managing Director after his predecessor retired.
Jeremy Dunn
Compliance Director
Jeremy has been with Glazing Vision since 2001, joining as Technical Director after holding a number of Technical positions at similar companies such as Crittall Windows and English Architectural Glazing, bringing with him a wealth of experience which has greatly benefited the business through the years..
James Botwright
Technical Director
James has been with Glazing Vision since 2009 as a Project Manager, since then he has climbed the ranks to Technical Director, holding posts like Director of Engineering and Operations Director along the way, putting him in great stead to lead our experienced Technical department. Before joining Glazing Vision, James worked as an engineer and Production Manager within the packaging industry.
Andy Rochford
Financial Director
Andy has been with Glazing Vision since 2014 and since then he has also stepped into the role of Managing Director of Glazing Renovations, our glazing repair and refurbishment subsidiary. Andy’s previous experiences at similar companies in addition to his ACCA certification stood him in good stead when joining Glazing Vision.
Ben Rumbelow
Commercial Director
Ben has been with Glazing Vision since 2014, joining as Technical Sales UK before climbing the ranks through a number of positions such as Marketing Manager, Sales & Marketing Director before being promoted to Commercial Director in 2025.
