The first step in crafting your glass rooflight is fabrication; Aluminium is cut, shaped and treated to form the structural framework of the rooflight.

The welding of the rooflight frame ensures strength and stability, ensuring that the rooflight can withstand structural loads for many years to come.

After welding is complete, your rooflight frame will be expertly painted in your chosen colour in our specialist non chromate paint plant, as QualiCoat Approved Appliers, we ensure a high quality finish.

Before the glass is placed in to your rooflight, it is examined by our dedicated Glass Quality Control team, checking carefully for any imperfections that do not meet the stringent Hadamar Glass Standard.

For our electrically operated rooflights, our in-house Electronics Team arranges any required power systems, ensuring that they are tested thoroughly to ensure smooth operation once installed.

This is where your rooflight truly comes to fruition, your quality checked glass is carefully lifted into place using specialised lifting equipment creating a watertight and airtight bond to the frame.

Before we carefully package your order, your rooflight is reviewed by our Quality Team, ensuring that there are no visible imperfections. Electrically operated rooflights are tested to 100 cycles to ensure seamless operation.

When we are completely satisfied that your rooflight has been built to the highest standard, it is wiped clean with glass cleaner for a flawless finish and then wrapped and packed ready to be dispatched to you.
