Connecting Old & New

This project focuses on transforming a disused engine house at Noss Head Lighthouse into a modern living space, while preserving its industrial character. The lighthouse renovation integrates a large Glazing Vision Multi-Part Rooflight as a defining architectural feature, visually separating the historic structure from the newly built extension.

A Challenging Install

Despite the challenges of installation in a remote location near the NC500 and the harsh weather conditions, Glazing Vision’s fitters ensured a successful outcome. The result enhances both functionality and design, combining renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps and solar panels with striking architectural glazing.
