Prioritise Safety Without Compromising Style
The Glazing Vision X-Vent Rooflight is a fully tested and certified fire safety product and has been UKCA marked to EN 12101-2:2003.
The Glazing Vision xVent Rooflight does not compromise style whilst enhancing safety, all of its operating mechanisms are housed within the framework, so when you look up, you have an uninterrupted view of the sky. With intelligent battery backup, dual scissor actuators and thermally broken framework, the xVent ticks all of the boxes for designers, architects and their clients.
As a certified safety cortical product, the xVent has been rigorously tested and cycled thousands of times in order to meet European standards. Upon installation it is connected to the fire alarm system which, when triggered, will automatically open the unit to 140° for fast, effective smoke ventilation. The xVent has dual functionality and you can also use it as a day-to-day vent unit, opening up to 45°
Our xVent Rooflight is available in two standard sizes providing 1m² and 1.5m² clear opening however we can integrate it into our own Flushglaze system for larger roof glazing requirements.
