All Glazing Vision Skylights are made to order to suit your individual needs, our extensive range of flat skylights can be specified with a number of glass specifications and in a range of sizes.
If your requirements fall outside of our 'standard' range, you can explore the possibility of a completely custom built skylight, which will be drawn up by our Custom Design department, tailored to suit all of your needs, whatever they may be.

Yes, all of our fixed skylights require a curb, the minimum requirements for your curb will be outlined in the product data sheets.
Select Glazing Vision flat skylights can be installed at a pitch of up to 32-7/8” : 12” such as the Flushglaze Fixed Skylight, however if your roof pitch exceeds this, you will need to install a roof window.
Flat skylights boast a benefit that opening skylights do not, they are not restricted in their placement as no moving elements need to be considered. However multiple considerations need to be taken, for example if the roof is strong enough to hold the additional weight of a skylight or if the skylight will be in a location that receives enough natural daylight.
Overheating is a common concern with skylights, however opting for a UV/Solar coating will ensure only light can come through the skylight, reflecting infrared radiation. Another way to combat overheating is installing blinds as these will automatically create a shade for your skylight.
