Available in manual or electric operation, the SkyHatch is engineered for smooth, controlled opening. The Manual SkyHatch uses gas struts and spring-assisted mechanisms to make opening easier and keep the unit stable when open. The Electric SkyHatch operates effortlessly from a wall switch and can connect with home automation systems, intelligent rain sensors and thermostats.

The secure locking mechanism and precision engineering provide added peace of mind, while the Electric SkyHatch can also be partially opened to introduce natural ventilation into the space.
