Dedicated In-House Design Team
Our in-house design team lives and breathes our skylights, working daily to innovate, refine, and uphold the high standards we expect within our products. Whether refreshing our product lineup or collaborating on custom projects, their expertise ensures every design is crafted with precision and meets the project requirements.
Your project may become their next focus if it is custom, rest assured our Project Managers will keep you informed every step of the way. With seamless collaboration between our teams, we deliver designs that perfectly align with your vision and requirements.
Step 4
More than Just a Production Line
The first step in crafting your glass skylight is fabrication; Aluminum is cut, shaped and treated to form the structural framework of the skylight.
The welding of the skylight frame ensures strength and stability, ensuring that the skylight can withstand structural loads for many years to come.
After welding is complete, your skylight frame will be expertly painted in your chosen color in our specialist non chromate paint plant, ensuring a high quality finish.
Before the glass is placed in to your skylight, it is examined by our dedicated Glass Quality Control team, checking carefully for any imperfections that do not meet the stringent Hadamar Glass Standard.
For our electrically operated skylights, our in-house Electronics Team arranges any required power systems, ensuring that they are tested thoroughly to ensure smooth operation once installed.
This is where your skylight truly comes to fruition, your quality checked glass is carefully lifted into place using specialized lifting equipment creating a watertight and airtight bond to the frame.
Before we carefully package your order, your skylight is reviewed by our Quality Team, ensuring that there are no visible imperfections. Electrically operated skylights are tested to 100 cycles to ensure seamless operation.
When we are completely satisfied that your skylight has been built to the highest standard, it is wiped clean with glass cleaner for a flawless finish and then wrapped and packed ready to be dispatched to you.
