Meet our leadership team, who are responsible for setting our standard of excellence and quality across every aspect of the business.

With board presence at a number of international trade associations, the Glazing Vision Leadership Team have a direct influence on the legislation effecting the skylight industry, this presence accentuates our dedication to operating a leading and ethical skylight manufacturing company.

Meet The Team

Jon Shooter

Group Managing Director

Jon has been with Glazing Vision since 2004 when he joined as Marketing Manager after previous experiences at Swan Street Motors (Mazda) and Johnston Engineering. After turning around the Mazda dealership after its downturn, Jon yearned for a Marketing role so he joined Glazing Vision and was promoted to Sales & Marketing Director only two years later, before stepping into the role of Managing Director after his predecessor retired.

Peter Surapine

General Manager

Peter joined Glazing Vision in 2019 after previous experience in managing a building company for 30 years, which included building large high end homes and specializing in 1700's period architecture, giving him a wealth of experience for his position at Glazing Vision.

Jeremy Dunn

Compliance Director

Jeremy has been with Glazing Vision since 2001, joining as Technical Director after holding a number of Technical positions at similar companies such as Crittall Windows and English Architectural Glazing, bringing with him a wealth of experience which has greatly benefited the business through the years..

James Botwright

Technical Director

James has been with Glazing Vision since 2009 as a Project Manager, since then he has climbed the ranks to Technical Director, holding posts like Director of Engineering and Operations Director along the way, putting him in great stead to lead our experienced Technical department. Before joining Glazing Vision, James worked as an engineer and Production Manager within the packaging industry.

Andy Rochford

Financial Director

Andy has been with Glazing Vision since 2014 and since then he has also stepped into the role of Managing Director of Glazing Renovations, our UK based glazing repair and refurbishment subsidiary. Andy’s previous experiences at similar companies in addition to his ACCA certification stood him in good stead when joining Glazing Vision.

Ben Rumbelow

Commercial Director

Ben has been with Glazing Vision since 2014, joining as Technical Sales UK before climbing the ranks through a number of positions such as Marketing Manager, Sales & Marketing Director before being promoted to Commercial Director in 2025.

Jon Shooter

Group Managing Director

Jon’s favourite part of the job is getting to see the difference our skylights make to all types of buildings, adding a 'wow' factor - Particularly our Box and Sliding skylights.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys running and has taken part in many strenuous events such as Ironman 70.3 and more recently, Barcelona Marathon.

Aside from running, Jon also loves sharks, and has bravely swam with some in an aquarium during a cage dive in San Francisco - He hopes to keep on exploring sharks by visiting Hawaii and other exotic locations in the future.

Peter Surapine

General Manager

Peter’s favourite part of the job is working closely with clients and seeing the impact our skylights have on their finished projects, supporting them throughout their project with Glazing Vision.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys relaxing through canoeing and fishing.

Jeremy Dunn

Compliance Director

Jeremy’s favourite part of the job is designing and developing new products in addition to contributing to the development of industry, national and international standards through his close work with Eurolux and The Rooflight Association.

Outside of work, Jeremy can be found restoring his own Black Five Steam Locomotive or driving steam trains for West Somerset Railway voluntarily - He has been volunteering on heritage railways for 49 years, and even got the chance to drive the Flying Scotsman in 2017.

If he is not driving or restoring a steam train, Jeremy enjoys walking and playing badminton.

James Botwright

Technical Director

James’ favourite part of the job is collaborating with his skilled colleagues to resolve problems and drive the business forward towards the same unified goal.

Outside of work, James is a keen runner and has recently ran the iconic London Marathon for the animal welfare charity, WWF. He also ran the Cambridge Half Marathon in 2023 alongside a number of Glazing Vision colleagues to raise money for CRASH, a specialist construction charity helping people experiencing homelessness.

Andy Rochford

Financial Director

In his busy role as Managing Director of Glazing Renovations and Financial Director of Glazing Vision, Andy’s favourite part of the job is the gratification that comes with finishing the monthly accounts; Tying up any loose ends and of course, ensuring everyone gets paid on time.

Outside of work, Andy is a keen 5-a-side footballer - He played as part of Glazing Vision F.c in ‘Clare’s Game’ in 2017 raising much needed funds for Epilepsy Society.

Ben Rumbelow

Commercial Director

Ben isn’t just a any Director – he’s the go to for all things commercial. Starting out as a Technical Specification Manager and a track record of launching international markets, Ben’s knowledge is hard to beat.

But want to really get him talking? Just flash a watch. As a self-confessed watch hobbyist, he’ll happily chat chronographs and calibres until the sun sets (and resets).
