Jimmy Harris

Commercial Manager

Jimmy joined Glazing Vision in 2015, during his time with us he has worked in numerous posts such as Project Manager and Operations Manager allowing him to gain a wealth of experience on top of his previous experience in similar roles within manufacturing, to develop the required skills to keep things running efficiently while ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Anna Dudek

Technical Specification Manager

Anna joined Glazing Vision in 2022 as Technical Sales Manager, before joining Glazing Vision, Anna had a wealth of experience in Market Insights which stands her in a great stead to support and understand her customers and help them realize their skylight vision.

Mark Brawn

Technical Sales Manager

Mark joined Glazing Vision in November 2015 after a number of part time positions in the past. Originally joining as a Technical Specification Assistant, he has held numerous positions such as International Project Coordinator and International Business Development, being part of a number of large projects throughout the years.

Alex Carberry

International Business Development Manager

Alex joined Glazing Vision in January 2025 after previous jobs in sales and procurement in the construction and engineering industry, giving him a wealth of experience for his current position as Technical Specification Manager.

Ben Lloyd

Technical Specification Manager - London East

Ben joined Glazing Vision in 2016, before joining us he was an Office Admin and volunteered as Special Constable. His previous experience as a Technical Specification Assistant allowed him to develop the relevant skills that allow him to assist you in finding your perfect skylight.

Kelly Smith

Technical Specification Manager - London West

Kelly joined Glazing Vision in 2015, before joining us she worked as a Sales Coordinator in a similar industry, giving her a wealth of relevant experience to be able to assist you in finding the perfect skylight solution.

Laurence Bolton

Technical Specification Manager - London Central

Laurence joined Glazing Vision as Technical Specification Manager in 2022, before joining us he worked in International Sales which gave him a breadth of experience in assisting clients.

Matt Tomlin

Technical Specification Manager - South West England

Matt joined Glazing Vision in August 2021 straight from high school as a Marketing Apprentice before climbing the ranks to rooflights.com Account Manager and later, Technical Specification Manager in 2025.

Kim Stevenson

Technical Specification Manager - East of England

Kim joined Glazing Vision in March 2020 as a Project Coordinator and has progressed through numerous positions before Technical Specification Manager in 2024. This experience has been crucial as Kim now ensures a smooth project as she has experience of the project management side too.

Connor Williams

Technical Specification Manager

Connor joined Glazing Vision in 2023, before joining us he was an Air Traffic Controller in the Royal Navy for just under ten years, this entailed controlling aircraft on numerous ships around the world.

How our TSMs work

Our Technical Sales Managers work based on your project location, this enables them to provide dedicated support to your local area.

Once your allocated TSM has received your enquiry, they will reach out to you with potential skylight options, or let you know any additional information they may need to completely understand your requirements.

Commercial Manager

Jimmy’s favorite part of the job is working closely with our customers to ensure their experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible, he enjoys being involved in finding the right solutions for customer needs and seeing a project come together from start to finish.

Outside of work, Jimmy is a keen runner and has been fortunate enough to be able to run, or maybe jog, a number of half marathons, marathons and ultra marathons.

Mark Brawn

Mark’s favourite part of the job is introducing Glazing Vision products to people who haven't experienced them previously, in turn helping people realise what they can achieve with skylights. He also enjoys travelling across America as part of his role.

Outside of work, Mark can be found either on the golf course or watching sport on TV as a huge Wolverhampton Wanderers and Philadelphia Eagles fan.

She particularly enjoys paying our in house Factory a visit and seeing the products in person before they are shipped off for install.
